If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and consult a medical professional.

Ike makes no guarantees regarding:

• Weight loss or muscle gain
• Strength improvements
• Any specific fitness outcomes

Results vary based on individual effort, genetics, diet, and other factors.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials
• Report any unauthorized use of your account
• Exercise within your physical capabilities
• Stop exercising if you experience pain or discomfort

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Ike are owned by Medina Intelligence, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Reverse engineer the application
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Remove any proprietary notices

7. User Content

7.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of data you provide (workout logs, personal information). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this data to:

• Provide and improve the Service
• Generate personalized recommendations
• Analyze usage patterns (anonymized)

7.2 AI Processing

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
