Tap the equipment label under an exercise (Barbell, Dumbbell, Band...) to switch — your target weight adjusts to your history with that equipment.
It’s yours: −15s / +15s, or skip it entirely. The workout keeps pace with you.
Logged 25 lb instead of 225? Open the workout, ⋯ menu → Edit Sets — you can fix any set after the fact. Did a different exercise than the card says? Tell Ike — it notes what you actually did and swaps it going forward.
“I did glute bridges instead of hip thrusts — note it and swap it going forward”Ike suggests based on your history. First time on a lift, it runs a quick calibration set to find your working weight.
